Le Torte Dolci is today’s featured business as part of Big Fish Local’s Shop Local Campaign. As you may know Le Torte Dolci is an European style bakery, located right here in Springfield. When we spoke with Lisa the owner, she said that her inspiration for the bakery came from her trips abroad. She has developed the recipes for all of her baked goods by incorporating techniques from the European bakeries. If you haven’t stopped by for a baked snack you should definitely put it on your bucket list. Their food is amazing check them out in downtown Springfield.
