Today Big Fish Local is featuring The New Orleans Grill as part of the Shop Local Springfield Campaign. The New Orleans Grill is a food truck that is set up in the area of Coffee Expressions over on North Plum. Their specialty is New Orleans style food including bourbon chicken, red beans, and also rice. During the festival season they are often on the go setting up at area fairs, carnivals, and other outdoor events. The New Orleans Grill is also able to cater special events and can even deliver.
