Today Big Fish Local is featuring Sensei Jan and the Nintai Dojo as a part of the Shop Local Springfield Campaign. The Nintai Dojo is a family-oriented dojo that focuses on the development of the whole person. Their instructors are dedicated to teaching and promoting traditional Shotokan-style karate with the purpose of developing discipline, self-confidence, and physical strength within their students.
